Shipping
Delivery time varies based on product availibility, as shown on the product page. Products in stock are dispatched within 48 hours after payment,utilising the reliable courier services of UPS. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.
In remote regions, islands, or international shipments, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures and the logistics of UPS.
What are the available shipping options?
Express Delivery
Items in stock are typically delivered within 1-3 working days via UPS courier. Free shipping for orders over €125 incur a €30 shipping cost.
Pallet delivery
Some items require pallet shipping. We ennsure these products are delivered safely and securely.
Where is my package?
Once your package is dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time. Keep in mind that tracking becomes functional only after the package is first scanned at the courier's depot, which might cause a delay between our dispatch notification and the tracking information updating.
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
Items in stock are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm. or on weekends are processed on the next business day and given to the courier the following day.
Items not currently in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer. You'll get a shipping confirmation email for these too.
NOTE: Orders paid by prepayment are processed and shipped only afterwe receive the payment.
Why does my order arrive in different packages?
We aim to ship orders in a single package. However, large orders or items not in stock are frequently sent separately to ensure you receive available items quickly. For each package, you will receive a separate tracking number.
Returns
Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
How to pack the item?
To avoid damage in transit, please pack the goods carefully (in the original shipping box).
How to make a return?
- To make a return, please email us at customer.service@pureclave.com indicating order and invoice number, and specifying which item you would like to send back.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Within 14 days we will refund you the amount of your purchase. However, before making the refund, we reserve the right to verify that the good returned is in the same conditions as it was originally shipped, is not damaged and working properly.
